Outline application for a wellbeing and leisure development comprising up to 121 holiday units; the construction of a spa with accommodation of up to 50 bedrooms; the conversion of the former clubhouse into a restaurant and farm shop; the formation of a new vehicular access from Foxbridge Lane, new internal roads, footpaths, cycle routes and car parking areas; the construction of a concierge building and new hard and soft landscaping, including the formation of new ponds. All matters reserved except for means of access.

At the time of writing it is anticipated that this application will be heard at the Chichester DC Planning Committee meeting on 11^th February 2026. The Parish Council has recently submitted a further statement of objection which can be viewed on theCDC Planning portal and attached below.

The Parish Council will speak at this meeting or again in March if it is delayed until the next CDC Committee meeting.The CDC Planning Committee plans to visit the site before their meeting, and the Parish Council believes that seeing the location in person—rather than just reviewing documents—will significantly influence any decisions made.
