WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? All Regulation 14 Consultation representations are being reviewed and The Plan will be amended if necessary. The Plan with supporting documents will then be submitted (Regulation 15) to Chichester District Council who will undertake a further period of consultation (Regulation 16), prior to being passed to an Independent Examiner. If found satisfactory at examination, The Plan will then be presented to Parish residents to vote on in a future referendum.
